 How do i reach you?

You can reach me regarding your order at victoria@victoriaarmourstudios.com. I try to respond to emails within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday 12pm-1pm or 5pm-8pm, or Saturday 9am-5pm.

What is your return policy?

Due to the small nature of my business, all sales are final.

Can I make changes to my order?

I cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order is placed. Please always double check your cart before checking out! If you want to add an item to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will check to see if the item is in stock and, if it is, I can send you a promo code to waive shipping on a new order; I will combine any in-stock additional items with your initial order for shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Because I reserve a limited, select amount of stock for online sales, I do not offer order cancellations. Please make sure you want the item before purchasing.

Is local pickup AN OPTION?

Yes, but… currently this option is only available for friends, friends of friends, and family. I often arrange porch pick ups and try to limit the amount of people I give out my personal address to for safety reasons. If you’d prefer local pick up and fall under the family and friends category, please reach out to me directly before ordering! I can send you a discount code for free shipping at check out. Eventually, I would love to expand and have a pick up space (that isn’t my porch) for customers to swing by and pick up orders whenever it’s most convenient for them. Until that day comes, I appreciate your patience and understanding.

I accidentally put the wrong address!

It’s your responsibility to provide me with a correct address. Please review your address before you check out and then double-check it again in your confirmation email. If you notice it is incorrect in your confirmation email, please contact me immediately! I can only fix the issue if I’m notified before I ship your order out. I do my best to ship within 1-3 days of orders being placed, depending on my schedule.

Lost or stolen package?

THE WORST. Screaming, crying, throwing up. I hate to hear it, but I cannot be held responsible for what happens to mail when it leaves my door. If you believe your package is missing or stolen, please contact your local USPS for guidance on next steps. All your tracking information will be in your confirmation and shipping emails. RIP. Genuinely hope this never happens to you.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship. A gentle reminder that it’s just me behind-the-scenes. I try to get everything done as soon as possible, but because I work a 8am - 5pm job outside of my creative endeavors, I can’t always get things done as quickly as I’d like, especially on weekdays. Any outstanding weekday order will always be shipped on Saturdays! Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

My item is damaged…

I die a little inside just reading that phrase. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email me with a photo attached. If you contact me with a damaged item past the 7 day mark, I cannot offer you a refund.

What kind of payment do you take?

My online shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, PayPal. I cannot change the payment method once the order has been placed. In person or at events, I accept the following: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, ApplePay, Square Payments (Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, etc).
